All sponsors receive a website link under the Sponsors tab, social media recognition, logo display at the convention center, and invitations to our receptions. Higher-tier sponsors may get a booth at the Bazaar, increased website and merchandise visibility, as well as passes to festival activities.

EXHIBITOR/VENDOR
An Exhibitor/Vendor is a person or organization that "rents" space for a booth at the Festival Bazaar. The rental space price is set based on whether the Exhibitor/Vendor is "for profit" or non-profit.

IN-KIND SPONSOR
An In-Kind sponsor makes a non-financial contribution to the Festival; such as a pair of binoculars by an optics company, Free advertising space, Donation of goods and services, Large discounts on goods for the festival. In-Kind Sponsors receive recognition in media, website and banners at the Festival.

COMMUNITY SUPPORTERS
Community supporters are local businesses that provide Festival attendees and staff with discounts during the course of the Festival. These Community Supporters receive recognition in media, website and banners at the Festival. Posters/flyers will be provided to welcome birders to your business.
